2. Hosting

This website is hosted with Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, information (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and efficient provision of our website.

The database is hosted with Neon Inc. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract performance.

Data protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Note on data transfer to the USA

Among other tools, we use services from companies based in the USA (Vercel, Neon, Discord, Polar). When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the USA. The USA has been classified by the European Court of Justice as a country with a level of data protection that is inadequate by EU standards. There is a risk that U.S. authorities may access this data. The EU-US Data Privacy Framework currently ensures adequate data protection for certified U.S. companies.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies and local storage

Our website uses cookies for authentication and session management. These are technically necessary and are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. We also use local storage in the browser for UI settings (e.g. sidebar state, column widths).

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • IP address
  • Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Authentication via Discord OAuth

We use Discord OAuth 2.0 to sign you in. The following data is transmitted from Discord and stored with us:

  • Discord user ID
  • Username
  • Email address
  • Profile picture URL

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the OAuth login).

6. Payment processing via Polar

We use Polar (Polar Software Inc.) for payment processing. When a purchase is made, the following data is transmitted to Polar:

  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed directly by Polar)
  • Subscription and order data

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Polar processes payment data as an independent controller. For more information, see Polar's privacy policy.

7. What data do we store?

When you use our service we store:

  • Account data (name, email, profile picture via Discord OAuth)
  • Organization data (name, slug, members, roles)
  • Server configuration (host, port, connection tokens)
  • Schema mappings (database column configuration)
  • Session data (token, IP address, user agent)

Player data (inventory, vehicles, balances etc.) is not stored with us — it remains on your FiveM server and is retrieved only on request via the bridge connection.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Obtain information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Request correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

9. Retention period

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as statutory retention obligations require. If you delete your account, your data is deleted immediately unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to adapt to changed legal requirements or changes to our service. The current version is always available on this page.
